"Eco maids were available in short notice and were able to provide appointment at the earliest.They were on time and walked me through what they cleaned. The disappointment was that even after confirming that they would clean shelves and drawers of kitchen as it was move out, they didn't clean them. After they left, we saw that first floor was not moped and could see all the marks of movers and cob webs were not cleaned in first floor. The stairs were not vacuumed properly too. When wiped on second floor, certain areas still had dust. We left a big pack of Mr. White and hand wash for our purpose, they were trashed but in some bathrooms, the cleaning brush n supplies were still left. Looks like we need to hire someone for all these stuff. Felt not worth the money. Will not hire again."

"I’ve never used a cleaning service before, but after seeing one of their cute cars at a neighbors house and being away for work lately, I decided to try them out. I was impressed by their promptness and professionalism. Within minutes of my inquiry, their call center got in touch with me, gave me a quote, and then passed my information along to the franchise at my location. Not long after that, Jordan from the Apex/Holly Springs branch called and was able to have my first clean scheduled for the next day. Jordan and Courtney arrived right on time to perform the clean and were extremely professional. The initial clean was about 3 hours, and near the end of the cleaning Jordan came to review their work and provide feedback. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. I was hesitant to use a cleaning service but I am so thankful I tried them! Looking forward to a weekend of relaxing rather than cleaning - yay!"

"I can attest both to the service as well as to the owners, and both are top notch! The service they performed was phenomenal. Our house was in pretty bad shape after my wife and I have both been working from home full time and 2 kids remote learning since March, which is when our previous cleaner decided to retire. As soon as we heard that Brent and Becca were starting EcoMaids, we immediately asked them to come in for a deep cleaning. The cleaners were on time, they were polite and professional, and really did a great job making the house spotless. There were only a few minor things overlooked, which given the disarray that the house was originally in was pretty impressive. I even gave the owners a heads-up so they could look for this on future cleanings, and they were very receptive to the feedback. Pricing is very comparable too, especially considering you're getting eco friendly and allergen free products (great for my allergy ridden family)! The owners, Brent and Becca are just really good people. We have known them for several years and they have always gone out of their way to be friendly to everyone they meet. They are definitely the family/friends first type of people, and are some of the best parents I've seen, always very calm and nurturing. in addition, Brent proudly served our country, so make sure to show this veteran owned business some support!
