"Showcase Restoration performed mitigation and restoration after an ice maker water line drip caused serious damage to our home. They were very prompt to begin removing damaged flooring and the drying process with industrial fans and dehumidifiers. As soon as everything was dry the restoration stayed on schedule and start to finish took about 5 weeks including mitigation. Considering the subfloor and cabinets had to be replaced we felt the scheduling they accomplished was commendable. Throughout the project everyone was very professional and should be commended on a job well done. Our project manager, Larry, was always prompt to reply, he was very helpful, polite, professional and made sure quality workmanship and scheduling was maintained. Bottom line we would not hesitate to use Showcase again and would recommend them to friends needing assistance with any services they offer."

"Showcase Restoration was amazing! Our home caught fire on June 19. 2021. It would have been deemed a total loss, except for the fact that it was on pilings and they were in good shape. Lynn came out to see us and offered us reassurance that our home could be re-built. The owner, Wayne, came on site along with estimator, Don. They assisted us in any way possible. David and Katie, packed our valuables that could be salvaged and were sensitive to our needs. When Larry Dendy took over our project, as Project Manager, he saw our vision for our home. Our 2nd story and roof had to be removed and the whole house taken down to the studs. Even through COVID shipping delays, we were made aware of any delays and Larry found us products that could be procured locally when possible. We are so happy to be back in our home and it's even better than before! In this time of uncertainty and all of the emotions that go along with a house fire, having Showcase on our side has been a blessing. Thank you to the entire team!"
