"Called to ask if they had in stock two charms for a bracelet before driving all the way there to find that they don’t have them. The lady that answered the phone was rude. When asking the price of the charm they did have in stock, she answered with “well I can’t tell you right now because I’m busy. It’s not like I can just stop what I’m doing to find out for you”. Will never shop here again."

"Associate was very helpful and patient as she helped me pick out my wife’s anniversary gift. The store took a bit of time to find inside the mall though."

"Went in today too take a look at their new charms & had the worst customer service. Was casually looking since store was busy & store associates were busy with other customers. Casually look over too a booklet thinking it was a booklet of charms, rings etc. But it wasn’t; however, once an associate noticed I was aiming for this booklet she rudely approached me & complained it wasn’t a charm booklet. I apologized since I did not know & she gave me a very unpleasant stare. Continued my shopping in the store & then I over hear her tell another associate what had happened & that I was trying too do something & she looks at me very awkwardly. Never have a felt such immense pressure from store associates. Walking in with the intention of purchasing a charm bracelet + a rose gold ring but, will NOT be coming back too this Pandora store."
