"My mother was referred to Dr. Arnold. After awaiting test results, we received a very rushed response stating negative results. A day later, my mothers Doctor called stating that in fact the results were not negative but contaminated. Dr. Arnold gave my mother false results and apologized for this when speaking the following day. This is unacceptable and alarming. If my mother was not a Nurse she would not have been so alarmed by the negative results. Please just be aware that this doctor is not thorough- she has made a very large error in this that could cause delay in my mother's treatment and diagnosis."
