"The worst place in the world. Very unprofessional, unsanitary, unorganized just all around horrible beyond measure. I went for gynecological check up. The male nurse didn't know what he needed to set up for that. He goes in the hall and proceeds to yell to another nurse to get this. So now I have 2 so called nurses come in the grab the items from the drawer on the crusty bed I was on,they reach in no gloves grab the items hand them to the other no gloves. Then they disappear and another unloved person comes in and grabs the items.that was only a portion of 1 visit. There is more and it's bad. They called me to tell me my breast exam came back negative and I hadn't even gone to have it done until 2 days after that. So much more. They should be shut down."
"Great place! My son is 2.5 and have been taking him here since he was born. Dr. Jones is amazing & takes her time explaining stuff & checking your child. The receptionist Haley is absolutely amazing in accommodating! Everyone is super friendly & the nurses are so gentle/caring!"
"I have an AMAZING therapist! Sadly I have to let her go because primary care is a joke. They only treat symptoms, they won't find the cause. I couldnt get 2 different PCs to order vitamin and thyroid panel testing for a possible answer to my extreme levels of daily exhaustion. Testing was denied. By both Drs. Was told vitamins are irrelevant to my exhaustion. Weird? Or is it just me? I didn't think starting at vitamin level testing was asking for too much. Start with the basics, hopeful it's something simple was my thought. Easy to get psych meds though. Was quickly offered to see a psychiatrist for psych meds when I expressed my frustration. Everything I know about my Auto immune (hashimoto's) was shut down/shut out instantly by Dr Jayne. Apparently all she knows is all there is to know =TSH doesnt matter and no further in depth testing will everrr be ordered by her!! Zero testing granted. Her attitude about it was so nasty, initially, I found it amusing. She came off as "All knowing" about hashimoto's and I was not permitted to believe otherwise. She contradicted herself multiple times in conversation about specifics so I just laughed it off and left that in depth testing to an endo. Total opposite of my previous dr. Dr.Jayne left me at a dead end and experiencing personally what they talk about when they say "Slow North Country healthcare." Unfortunately having to move back upstate, I've never seen anything like this office! This is a perfect example of what they mean when they speak of how care-less and neglectful primary care Drs have become these days. I call it lazy. Possibly undereducated yet overly confident and rude. Brash. She cut me off every time I spoke and in turn spoke to me like I was ignorant. I was already offended that the first Dr assumed I was crazy. Why? For saying something is awfully wrong. For being at the point of tears begging for help. They wouldn't even order tests, with good reason (I'm so tired I can't lift my head up most days) and upon specificied request, as I was advised to do by another medical professional. Instead of saying yes to testing she recommends anti depressants because I got frustrated & had the AUDACITY to advocate for myself. By advocate I mean speaking out on the lack of testing being done that could lead to potential solutions. Worst experience I've had with a medical professional. Not once, but with two unwilling Drs at this same office. Do not trust your children in this care as they do NOT seek out a cause. They only treat symptoms. Red Flag for the long haul, especially for children! Consider them prescribers/referral writers (referrals that never actually go through) Not to be considered problem solvers or concerned doctors. Im ashamed to complain about my issues. Like many others I am embarrassed by my weaknesses. Dr Jayne made me feel like a nuisance with her disgusted demeanor. Like a big dummy for expressing myself about my exhaustion and asking for her to order any sort of simple testing. Because I smoked was her only concern. She is the reason why people fear talking to their Drs. Make you feel like a dumba** while desperately begging for help. Her EGO loudly supersedes her intelligence."
"If you’re a mom looking for a place to take your child don’t go here. The peds doctor only works twice a week so be prepared to never get in for an appointment and to constantly be rescheduled by the office a week before waiting two months for your appointment. This doctors office is constantly disappointing. I can’t stress this enough: don’t waste your time here. If you come early to your appointment you have to wait 30 minutes or more. If you come late you have to wait 30 minutes or more. It’s always a lose lose with this place. Doctor always downplays my concerns. As a first time parent, she acts like I have no idea about how my child is, when in fact, I’m the one with them everyday. The doctor is too busy with the mass of patients that go here to actually care. Also don’t even get me started with the customer service. It takes at least 15-20 minutes to even talk to anyone in reception. You’re so much better off going to a smaller doctors office so they actually take care of your family."
"Multiple times I have given my daughters medical records and they lost them. First time they were hand delivered to the nurses and second they were sent from the previous hospital and both times they have just disappeared. Catherine Veley, FNP-C was extremely rude and unprepared. The office has zero communication unless you call them repeatedly and can actually get ahold of a representative. If you like doing all of the work for your pediatrician then this is the place to go."
