When I arrived for my appointment Kim did not put out anything over my budget. Which I loved because some places can be pushy. After my appointment I ended up with my dream ring and under budget. "I had dropped off my Ripcurl Automatic watch for repairs; the crystal had a scratch and the bezel had come loose. Bailey’s has a vendor that performs watch repairs for them so it’s done at a separate location. That vendor had ordered the wrong parts and so the repair took longer than anticipated from both me and Baileys but they were very apologetic and supportive throughout the repair process. They even went so far as to fully cover the cost of the repair when the timeframe exceeded our expectations. When I came in to get my watch I was astonished to see that my 10+ year old watch looked brand new, needless to say I’m very pleased with both the repair facility and Baileys for how they handled the repair!"

It doesn’t hurt that they are so welcoming and as sweet as can be too. This location is absolutely stunning, which is just a cherry on top.
