"The physical therapists that are outsourced to work here are great, but the shop manager / owner is incredibly unprofessional. It's not worth the hassle when you can get a quality service at numerous other places in the area with the same workers. My wife and I were harassed numerous times about payment for a gift card that was given to us by someone else. The owner claims she cant pay her contracted therapists unless we figure out what happened with someone else's payment. And I stress, the gift card was payed for in full in person. The owner put the blame for her poor book keeping on her customers. If you go here, pay on the spot, unless you want to be threatened with a "theft of services" claim a year after the fact."
