We learned so much that we ended up upgrading and fixing all our smoke alarms. They were informative, polite and professional. "This is the fourth year Smoke Alert has come to clean the dryer vent, awesome job as always. They have also cleaned the fireplace/chimney and installed a new stainless steel chase pan to minimize banging during high winds.
