"Our daughter was recommended to Dr. Keshishian by her school counselor and psychologist. After 3 visits (2 as a family and 1 individual) and 1 no-show by the doctor, our daughter said that she was not comfortable with Dr. K. and did not go back. I did not get a good feeling about the way she was addressing my child and her needs; she was very disconnected and did not seem to understand how to work with a young child. The office building is very uncomfortable and sterile; there is also no way to inform that doctor that you have arrived - you are literally just sitting in a waiting room hoping that someone will come to get you. We once waited 30 minutes for our appointment, and with no way and no one to ask if our appointment was still on, we just left. I gave 2 stars because we did leave the practice with a few strategies to try at home that eventually seemed to help; otherwise, it would have been 1 star. It's no wonder she seems to be the only Psychologist in our area that is accepting new patients right now - other families must be feeling similarly about her services.."
