We were initially told we would have my ring before our wedding, then a few days before, the day AFTER our wedding, a few days after etc. (Which is not the salesperson's fault - Devon is a lovely guy. Apologetic and professional). Yesterday, we FINALLY got the call this was in. I've been patient, I've held my tongue since I didn't get married FOR the ring. Today is my last straw. My ring that we've been getting the ring-a-round with, is fake. Not even 24 hour wear and my finger is green. You can already see the erosion. The loaner for the wedding they let us use also turned me green in a few hours, which I understand you don't want to lose expensive jewelry. All of the current jewelry I wear is supposedly the same metal we ordered. I am really disappointed and don't even want to walk back into this shop even with the "store credit" we received due to the delay. Edit: I LOVE the update. I tried to be professional and that's the response. 14k gold and silver do not do that in a NIGHT. Without handwashing or anything. I went to sleep and woke up with it already like that.
