"I truly sat with this decision for a while because I wanted to support a local business and we had great experiences with everyone we worked with initially. However, we had my husband’s wedding band custom made with the diamond from his mother’s wedding band. This meant so much to us, especially since my husband lost his father tragically 4 years ago. When we saw the ring Jewelers on main created, we were overjoyed. But this all changed when the diamond fell out after only having the ring for ONE month. My husband was crushed. I called jewelers on main, they said they would replace the diamond no problem. But I was utterly shocked at the lack of empathy or remorse. It felt cold and transactional. We were told “it happens”. I guess I expected a more personal experience from a local jeweler that knew how much this meant to us. I would never trust them with a sentimental piece again."

"We came to Jewelers on Main looking for a way to hopefully turn my new engagement ring into what I had originally envisioned. Due to a change on my part in the shape and size of the diamond when I originally purchased it (from a different jeweler), it originally turned out different from what I had anticipated and was expecting. Apparently cushions, which I love, are not always easy to accommodate, or at least, not with the look I was wanting and expecting! Alan and Katie went to work, and made it look exactly like what I had in mind originally. We were only changing the mounting, but I was so impressed with the time Katie took doing the most precise measurements, several different renderings, tweaking them and sending me different angles, etc. to view them from. It was a small change that some people might not even notice, but it was a big thing to me, and that is exactly how they approached it. They saw my vision, and made it happen! Now it looks like a "complete" ring, and everything flows together so beautifully! And everyone on the staff has been so welcoming and friendly, so good to work with! You are always greeted when you come in, and when you leave, usually by more than one person. A great place to do business!"
