"Hi...I purchased a men's bracelet on Thursday, 24th. The salesman totaled up the sale and added the protection plan without first asking me if I wanted it. When I questioned the total amount due, is when he said that he added the protection plan and gave it to me for a discounted rate of $30. To add to insult, when I looked at my receipt, it read $54.99 for this plan. Not only did he take it upon himself to add it without my permission or least to promote it and to let me decide, he lied about the amount he charged for this plan. I have shopped at this store for years and love the customer service, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Enjoy your day."
