"I would not trust this company with your animals life. If you are ordering medicine from this company you better have a crystal ball or be able to predict the future, so you can order your med well before your animal gets sick. As they will not be putting any effort at all into getting your order out any time soon. I placed an order for doxycycline (an obviously strong antibiotic) which SHOULD imply importance in itself. Over a week later and FAR past the date that my order SHOULD have arrived my tracking number tells me STILL even after MULTIPLE communications with the company it still sits at their warehouse and usps is STILL waiting for them to get it out. They OF COURSE tried to pass the blame as if it was the shipping company's fault because they don't want to take the blame for being incapable and incompetent. I would SERIOUSLY CONSIDER using a different company for medicine if your animals lives are important to you as I can tell you from experience that they ARE NOT important to this company. I eventually had to percure my medicine thru a different company as even after making it known that my order was not being moved STILL NOTHING is being done about it."
