"Rich and Jason did a beautiful job on our SunSetter Awning over the outdoor Kitchen. It’s better than a Roof because it is retractable! His team also worked long hard days to complete the renovation of our Boat Dock! Truly amazing job as we thought it would be a more expensive job than it was. Once we obtained our Permit from Duke Energy we were ready to get started. During the renovation often they would come across a few area’s that were really bad. Many other Contractors would have just passed over those areas. Rich built it up and secured the beams with Simpson Strong Tie’s and Special Timber Lok screws. They cleaned-up after the job was complete and hauled all the old rotted wood away. Great Job as always! Next are the Doors & Windows for R&S to replace next month."
