"This happened at the Weddington location. The owner has not called me back. Accidentally left $300 in a jacket pocket. Dropped the jacket off on 3/16/2023 Went back to pick up my jacket on 3/18/2023 but no one knew where it went. I checked every pair of pants, other jackets, my car, and I cleaned the whole house but I couldn’t find it. It was 15 $20 bills. I don’t know how that much currency isn’t noticed when cleaning clothes after they say they check the pockets. EDIT: I spoke with the owner and explained the situation. He attempted to use an aggressive demeanor asking me questions like “Is this your first time here?” And “Where were you going before?” I had to explain that I recently got a job at a bank and I need to wear suits. This is the first time in my life I have had such a great opportunity to dress professional in a field. This is the first time going to the cleaners since I’ve had the job because of a busy schedule. He then negatively responded with the phrase “I guess you won’t be coming back.” I had to dial him back and say “Sir I don’t want to be like that. The reason I used your cleaners is because of your hours and the convenience of my schedule. I would like to keep doing business with you because it does work so well with my life.” He responded a little more timid saying he would investigate and get back to me. I don’t feel confident with how it was handled after I was finally given someone to reach out too. It’s just very disheartening I need to go out of my way to find a cleaners I can trust and open until 7 p.m. hopefully the business and client relationship with show more care in the future."

"No service,half of the cleaners and dryers don't work and some of the machines eat your money EDIT: DON'T GO HERE YOU WILL GET KICKED OUT FOR NO REASON. I was washing my clothes when the owner or someone with that works here said i opened a machine and tampered with it and he didn't have any evidence to show me DON'T COME HERE I REPEAT DON'T COME HERE!"

"Must do something about the roaches or bed bugs! They are getting SO much worse! There is NO way it is not noticed. In the time it took to load three washers I killed four. Normally it's one or two the whole visit."

"These folks do an "ok" job of cleaning clothes - but their hours aren't posted anywhere but the door of the business. They have a website, but never thought to put hours on there. When I called to find out the hours, the person who answered the phone sounded offended. When I restated that I wanted the "business hours", she said "Tomorrow??" I said, "Whenever." She finally said 8 - 6."
