"This store is half a mile from my house, so I visited it first on Friday morning. I purchased a necklace and earring set the year before. The manager at the time was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He had called me previous week to let me know he had moved to a new location. I knew the experience wasn't going to be the same when I went to enter the store and the closed sign was in the window. I believe I was greeted by the store manager, but can't be sure. What I'm sure of is there was no desire to make a sale or ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. I didn't even get a chance to look at what was available because there was no desire to answer my questions or provide a good customer experience. I ended up making a purchase at the Kay Outlet in Charlotte, which is about 20 miles from my house. You should consider bringing in a new manager that values customer satisfaction. I have probably made my last purchase with Kay due to this experience. I will find a new jeweler that values customer service."
