"I think that Michael's is a great craft shop. I feel like they have kept their focus more on crafts and haven't over expanded their product lines so they are able to keep better options of what they have than a Hobby Lobby that is trying to sell everything."

"The place is very clean and the stuff are neatly placed. If only I have a bunch of money. I would love to buy a whole bunch from this store. They have a lot of really good stuff for arts and crafting. I only bought wall frames and pencil case when I visited this store. This is the prefect place to go to for people who loves arts and crafts."

"Waited patiently in long holiday line then was told at the register that the 3 bows I picked up were not included in the “ribbon, mesh and bows” buy one get three free sale. Although they were all together in front of the sign. I went back and took a picture of this sign then got back in line. The cashier I had before had left and the young lady I did get was so much better. She also did not believe the bows were included but at least offered to try without being asked or shown the picture I took and guess what? They were a part of the sale! I get the sale signs can be confusing and it’s impossible to know about EVERY tiny sale that goes on in that store but at least try to understand when the opportunity presents itself. I wish I had the names of the two young ladies who took their time to assist me after the other much older person did not. That whole first experience was enough to move me back to Hobby Lobby though."

"Good place for arts and craft supplies, and much better since they reorganized the layout of the store. It used to be so jam-packed and cluttered that it could make you claustrophobic. Now it's more wide-open and transparent, making it easier to find what you want."
