"We went for a work event. The staff at the counter had really no idea what was going on and couldn’t figure out our reservation without the manager. We asked the guy multiple questions and he was pretty useless. The music is obscenely loud too, it’s awful. I will say that the servers were amazing and so sweet. Because our event didn’t get advertised early enough on our end, we didn’t have anyone show up and the waitstaff thought it was an unattended birthday party and came to ask if they could party with us. They were the best part of the night. Ambiance is ok. We didn’t have any of the food."

"Visited Bowl 360 Brooklyn with a group of friends for a night out. I used to frequent this place when it was Shell Lanes, and while there have been cosmetic updates, there's a downside - they now have string pins, which isn't ideal. If you're planning to visit during the day, it might be a decent experience. However, I strongly advise against going late at night. On our visit, there were five of us, and despite being told we had an hour left, we were only given one lane. The service was slow from the start; it took us 15-20 minutes just to place a drink order. The wait staff kept blaming a system issue, but we noticed other lanes managing to place their orders smoothly. In the end, we only got to play one full game, and the second game was cut short to just four frames. It felt like they took advantage of us, providing poor customer service and essentially scamming us out of our money. We wanted to finish our game, but they would not allow us to finish. They ended up closing up our lane and pushed us to leave the establishment. Logically, we should have been split to 2 lanes. But according to their calculations 1 lane was enough for 5 peoples to play 2 games within an hour."

"On Saturday, January 6, we had a bowling event for 40 people. It was TERRIBLE!!! The monitors turned on with a delay of 20 minutes. From desk could not add additional 3 kids to out party (not an extra line , adding kids to the existing lanes) parents had to leave with upset kids. 2 pizzas carried out completely burned, we sent them back... After 20-30 minutes, 2 more burned pizzas were taken out (for 40 people)... The kids kept asking where the food was and started crying... We never received chicken tenders and curly fries, or additional 3 pizzas that we got charged for. Drinks that were supposed to be provided in an unlimited quantity were not refilled. I had to go to the bar myself to fill the pitchers... because there are no waiters, or they are stoned and do not understand what they are doing... Additional cups and plates were not given, children wanted to drink, and there are no clean cups (they do not allow us to bring out their papers cups and plates). At 8 pm the manager simply informed us that our food is not coming out at all as it was not prepared and told us to deal with the office as ahead has no authority to give refunds. We were the last of our group who were leaving the bowling alley, waiting for the car. We went to the 2nd floor, the children played arcades, after 10-15 minutes a girl worker approached us and asked to pick up the children and leave, because a fight was going on on the second floor... During our stay in this place, which is 2 hours, there have been 3 fights. This Place is a Nightmare!!! We will be disputing all charges for the food that never came and a service that was not provided!!! We sent multiple emails to the main office that have not been answered and when we call we get the same answer… “manager will call you back shortly“"

"We came with a party of 10 and did 5 lanes each. Our 1st set of lanes had a leak in the ceiling and was leaking on us. The 2nd set of lanes on has seating for 4 (2per lane) and the beam is totally obstructing us. Maybe we expected more and I was willing settle, but then I went over to the next side, and I saw the more space with no beams. I was told that that side was closed down after the bowlers were done. Not a good experience."
