"The manager refused to return a layaway saying he couldn't change his books. It was a 6 month layaway and it wasn't the time period yet. He said he didn't want my kind of business cause I wanted to harm his likely good by returning my layaway and giving me my cash back. He was unprofessional especially when there is better jewelers put there. Stay away and spend the little but more money for better service. They are good when you give them money but if you complain and want to or deal with them you are a problem."

We talked with the owner and showed him pictures similar to what we wanted. He informed us he could make us exactly what we wanted.
