"If you go back for a simple ring clean they will treat it like a major inconvenience. She placed my rings in water for 30 seconds and handed them immediately back to me when a customer looking to buy walked in. No brushing or anything. My rings look just as dirty as before handing them to her. Moral of the story, they want your money but won’t take care of you after that."
