Jaylene was very nice and so accomodating, she called me before the day of the party and made sure we had all that we wanted, and even made adjustments on the day of the party -no trouble.. She was very calm and efficient and led her team and made it the best spa birthday my daughter could ever have."

"I love, love bringing my daughter here. The employees are so friendly, the managers/owners are so thoughtful in creating this experience for children. My daughter has been to the Newport location and the girls there are always willing to help and soooo kind. It’s clean and their services are affordable. I would recommend Glitter and Glam. "I’ll give it a 2 star because it's a really cute spot and idea for little girls to get pampered and introduce them to self-care. However, I'm giving it a 0-1 for the staff. This company needs a new group of staff. The staff is not personable or inviting AT ALL. You are lucky if you get a smile out of them. I'm not used to bringing my kids to a kid event and the staff is not bubbly or Inviting. To me, the staff don't really enjoy working with kids or don't know how to engage with kids.... So why work a job like this?! I Dont even recall the staff even asking the girls their names. I personally will never go back here or recommend this business. The staff is all young and don't know anything about manicure and pedicure nor do they know how to apply kid-friendly makeup. The cherry on top was when I asked one of the girls who owned the business she responded with an attitude "Our manager". Well duh, dummy I know that but what's the name? The whole team is young, rude, and unprofessional and I think it's because we were of color... based on the other review it seems to be a recurring behavior there. Don't spend your money here or celebrate your kids' birthday here."
