Reviews
"We were recommended Daycare 100 by a friend whose children attended for over a year. After touring other toddler centers in the area, it was easily clear this is the best one. All the teachers and staff we have come in contact with are warm and caring, understanding and genuinely want what is best for your child. Our 2yo child quickly adjusted to going to daycare for the first time, runs into the classroom every morning now, comes home happy, and is learning new things - all thanks to their approach. The Brightwheel app shows us everything we need to know about the day and is very user friendly. Overall, this is an amazing center and I’m so glad we’ve found it."
"It took me some time to write this review as I wanted to give this school time to address all my issues and concerns. For privacy purposes I won’t reveal her name but after experiencing how unprofessional uncaring and disrespectful the teacher in Room 15 is I will be withdrawing my child from the school. As parents we have to do what is right and I don’t feel safe sending my child to this school."
"Daycare 100 has been the safest place for both my children to attend for 7 years and they have both began at 7mo old. Due to the Brightwheel app asked to download, we are able to watch daily activities being logged as well as direct messages from your child’s teacher and from school administrators. In addition, all meals and snacks are updated as the day continues as well as pictures of whatever activity your baby is doing for the day. Everything is documented and your children will be safe and fed. My 3 yr old has now entered into PreK 3 and keeps surprising me as to what he may be learning. Even both my sons have a safe place to attend summer camp! Daycare 100 will always be the best recommendation ❣️"
"After what I saw today I would never send my kids to this school. I watched an angry parent approach a child while teachers stood there and say/ did nothing. The teachers just let this lady yell at this kid. If I was the parent I would file a complaint against school, and parent. It took a young lady to tell her to stop yelling at the child, and talk to the teacher. Then she started being verbally abusive to her and all the adults just stood there. I wouldn't want my child to go there if this is what they allow anyone to approach a child. Plus I wouldn't want to work there if this is how they allow they staff to be treated! Great job young lady for protecting a child when the grown adults didn't. Update: If the parents or young lady wish to go further and see this review. I'll gladly be a witness. You can reply and I'll send you my information."
"My son went here for only 2 days! *2nd day was a half day.* To try and classify a 2 YEAR OLD as special needs on the very first day AFTER only spending several hours with him is terrible. My son has never been in any daycare so all of this is new to him. The fact that he went 5 hours without eating because they were forcing a regular cup for him to drink milk in rather than just giving him milk in his regular sippy cup to start is crazy. What happened to weening? No it was a force. They also wanted to separate him from the other kids because he doesn’t eat what they eat. I can go on and on about my experience but I choose not to. Instead of going off on these people I held my composure and handled it with grace because I knew my son deserved better! And BETTER is what we got! My husband and I wanted a school that really CARES FOR KIDS not a school that’s so quick to just classify kids or try to institutionalize them just because the other children eats things that he doesnt and it makes their job harder. I see this happen to often with black families in Jersey city but not mine. At the end of the day HE’S JUST A BABY and the doctor says he’s fine!"
