I needed a new battery and small watch repair and they did both in under 10 minutes. They are very friendly, affordable and garanty batteries for 2 years not only one like most stores. All the places I went to made such a big deal including the major jewelry store I purchased it at. I went to Times @ Hand and within the first 5 minutes the sales associate had it under control. She was incredibly informative and their prices were exceptional. I also had to resize my watch and she did this in 2 minutes and charged $8.00. I previously paid $20 to resize another watch. While I was there I took an opportunity to do some Christmas shopping for my wife and found the most beautiful watch. Their selection is extensive. I will definitely be going back. Thank you."
