"I went to the TLC Phys Therapy on Arlene and Richmond. I had brutal back pain. I went in and was greeted by Gianna who deftly handled my insurance and schedule. I then proceeded to work with Matt, Bleona or Yani. They applied a heating pad on my back. I then was put thru stretching exercises with them. When i was warmed up I then was placed on a table. Where the Therapists Kayla or Sarah Rose worked my legs and back. They gave me a deep massage of my Sciatic nerve which helped greatly. I went for 10 sessions. I limped in my first day and walked out pain free. I recommend the TLC office at Arlene and Richmond and working with Kayla and Sarah Rose."

Kayla and Sarah extremely knowledgeable, and has been very helpful with all my exercises to help in my rehabilitation of my hybrid total knee replacement.
