"I tried JNS after being told by another repair shop it couldn’t be fixed. I gave them a very difficult repair, my cat severed my shoe strap completely, and they took my unwearable shoe and made it wearable again for an extremely reasonable price! I’m so thrilled that I can now wear this shoe again. You can see stitching up close but it’s nothing anyone would ever really notice. I’m very happy with the repair job and pricing. They did really great work on a very difficult repair. I recommend them!"

"JNS is a high-quality alteration and shoe repair business. The owners are so nice, patient, and deliver exceptional workmanship. I wish I knew her name, but the sweet ladly that handles alterations has repaired so many items that are unusual, e.g. dog toys, a straw beach bag, and other sentimental possessions that I could not part with, but needed some work. She has never turned me away, and she is upfront with the worst-case scenarios. I have never been disappointed with her work or pricing. If you want to be safe, ask about pricing when you drop off. One reviewer mentioned shellshock at pricing but never asked at drop off and complained that the owner did not call her for permission. In my opinion, the onus is on the customer to get pricing at drop off because once it is left, you have essentially given permission for repairs and associated costs. If you want something different, communicate your needs before the work takes place. The owners are very kind, transparent, and good communicators. I highly recommend JnS!"

"I travel out of my way to have them shine, condition, and repair my dress goes. Give them 24 hours and your leather/suede shoes will look brand new again! They also sell a full- line of shoe repair and polish accessories and can color dye shoes."

"Having health problems at 81, I went to JNS to have my Sandals repaired and waited 5 minutes for service all the while the repair person kept talking to a customer who’s shoes could not be repaired. I sat down and waited another 10 minutes as these two nitwits kept talking about a tennis shoes that could not be repaired. So the genius owner lose the tennis shoe repair job and a new customer, me. Pray for him he surely needs it."

"I got my shoes cleaned & fixed up- their soles had come unglued. They repaired them and cleaned them up for $35, much less than I expected, and right on time. The lady at the counter, who was Korean, even transliterated the serial numbers on some Korean money that I had (I collect such things). She didn't have to do that. Very sweet of her. Great customer service, very friendly. Highly recommend for shoe repair. Conveniently located, too, while I think of it-"
