"Bless Physical Therapy is completely negligent in their practice. It's been two months since I've tried to get the appropriate paperwork from them in order to get an MRI for an injury due to an accident I was in months ago. Every other week there is a new receptionist, and the doctors have filled out my forms with inaccurate information. This inconvenience to my time and health has also delayed legal paperwork with my lawyers. I do not recommend anyone to receive services from Bless Physical Therapy."
