"Alexandra Lemma is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is so helpful and understanding and she makes talking about your feelings and problems feel so natural. The overall environment of Nassau Psychology is super cozy and welcoming, which you do not get from most places. The group therapies are especially helpful and I had grown very fond of my group! I recommend in-person therapy if you can because their telehealth system is not the easiest to navigate, and because they have cozy chairs! I highly recommend Nassau Psychology to anyone tired of doctors-office therapy sessions."

"This place is a joke. My son is on his third therapist he’s been seen for the last year. Im on my second with a gap of time tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Id you’re looking for a long term relationship with a therapist this is not the place. This is a place therapist use as a stepping stone or the grunts. If you take your mental health serious its not the place. If you want your kid to stay depress because there therapist don’t do something as writing a letter not the place. You will also wait weeks for letters if you need them promptly. Still waiting since January. Also forget about when there jewish holidays there offices are closed and you can wait two weeks to even see your therapist instead of them accommodating patients on diff days so they don’t have to be out of therapy so long."

"This is THE WORST to ever seek help from. WARNING find another group. The office staff as well as the therapist have no idea what they are doing or how to treat patients. My therapist was LOUIS WALTHALL! I was a new patient seeking aa appointment with a therapist previously seen for clearance for a procedure. That therapist was "too busy"so I was booked with WALTHALL. He actually admitted he had never did this type of consult clearance but he would go on with the appointment. At the end of the session he stated he would write the report and it would be available in a couple of days. Six month's later no report WALTHALL all are telling me he never performed the clearance This is a RIP off and a money maker to try to get repeat visits. I asked specifically for what I wanted when I went there and they just tried to shove me into their repeat patient population.. Because they are so hands off and trying to do everything automated they forgot about patient satisfaction. Stay away....you won't be helped anyway because they are FRAUDS!"
