"Terrible staff. I just received a call from the office and she said sarcastically “thanks for telling us you left” and then hung up on me without even giving me a chance to speak. She claimed they called me more then once when they only called one time. The lady with the dreads at the front desk was nice but she refused to give me any kind of timeline on the wait. People are coming in there sick with fever and in pain etc. Not going back there"

"The facility is in need of a major cleaning. The bathroom has water stains all around the sink. The bathroom looks like it has been cleaned. I arrived at 2:06 with one person ahead of me and the physician assistant didn’t come into my room until 3:15. Even the exam room could use a good cleaning. The glass containers holding the cotton bales and compression wooden stick was stained. I didn’t feel comfortable being treated because the facility is clean."

"They had me waiting with hydrogen peroxide in my ear for 15 minutes when they said they would be back in 5 minutes. This is besides for the 15 minute wait time to get an exam room, then a 15 minute wait for the PA to come in. All took over an hour when it should have taken no more than 30 minutes."
