"This business cares more about money than patient experience. They do not submit to insurance companies despite saying they will, prescriptions are not called in accurately or in a timely manner. Lastly, I cancelled 43/44 hours in advance instead of 48 hours in advance (it was still 2 days) and they charged me $350 for what was to be a 20 minute "medication management" appointment - a medication we have been using for 3+ years. Our family has been flexible with their mistakes and schedule changes. Unfortunately it doesn't go both ways. This is a prime example of what is wrong with healthcare in this country, and just another reason people don't seek out mental health services. For a practice focused on mental health the experience with them has certainly negatively impacted mine."
