"I've been having a great experience working with Alicia Wong for my occupational therapy. She is excellent at explaining why we are doing certain exercises and how they relate to my injuries. I've been making good, noticeable progress since we started working together."
"What wonderful experience I had. From the therapist to the staff I was satisfied that my recovery is their priority. Thank you."
"The staff can make you or break you but they are a friendly group. They are doing a great job. The facility is clean. I love that they keep you informed of upcoming appointments."
"From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness from Jasmine(receptionist). As I proceeded to wait a few minutes and that’s when I met Chris(PT Aide) she is awesome and very sweet. She make you feel welcomed and excited about coming to learn new exercises to help you heal. Aneri Patel (PT) is amazing and so in tune with you and so inviting with her bedside manner I love her. She also take you step by step on your healing and physical journey.Shehas a very nurturing and caring spirit."
"First experience with this place was grand. Everyone was great. The office manager at the front desk was amazing and was very accommodating with getting my daughter an appointment the next day instead of our original appointment which was a week away. Our second appointment was yesterday. With Jordan and Sherry and that was a completely different experience. One of them is a district manager which makes it even worse. My daughter was handed a piece of equipment that was filthy, so I told my daughter I’d sanitize her hands after she was done. The woman budded in saying it’s clean, I told her to look at it, it’s obviously not. She ended up re wrapping the grips, because well it was filthy. The district manager who was massaging a guy near the office was also texting on her phone. Is that multitasking or half paying attention to the client? People start coming in, so she points to me and another person and told the other woman to tell us to get up and go. Getting up from a seat isn’t a problem considering I stood the whole hour during the first session which was last Friday and is on camera if they work. But do not tell me to leave my under age daughter in that room alone especially with an attitude. I replied back saying that’s not happening I’m not leaving my kid alone. The manager said oh I didn’t say that. I replied with an attitude saying but you did I just watched/heard you. She finishes up with the massage, she comes over and proceeds to go on about what she “said”. So I replied back with saying let’s not do this in front of your other clients and two minors. She said let’s go in the office, I said no we won’t be back and she said okay and walked away. The last part could have easily been avoided if she wanted to actually talk about it without the attitude, I would have apologized for snapping back. But that was far from the case. As we were leaving the pleasant office manager asked us to schedule another appointment and I said absolutely not after that experience. A district manager should be setting a better example for the staff and for the clients experience. Don’t get nasty if a parent doesn’t want to leave their minor unaccompanied . Maybe she was having a bad day, but hey let’s keep it professional with the clients/parents."
