The selection of beads is amazing, I always find what I am looking for and there is always something new. I wholeheartedly recommend shopping here as I bring everyone I hang out with here at least once and i find it's a big hit ! :o)"

"I gave 1 star because there wasn't an option for zero. The employee of this store was the absolute rudest person I have ever met. I brought my preteen girls in (who are very mature for their age... more mature than the RUDE worker) to purchase beads for their new love of bracelet making. After disrespecting my girls multiple times, I decided enough was enough. I let her know that the way she spoke to my well behaved children, was very uncalled for. She even admitted they did absolutely nothing wrong but couldn't explain why she was so disrespectful. I promised I would leave a review & I would highly recommend NEVER buying from such a hateful person. Shame on you & this being your business environment."

"Love this shop! I always enjoy going there. Kathy is always nice an extremely helpful. We have bought many beautiful gemstones and gemstone beads here to make jewelry with. I found some beautiful pietersite that were very reasonably priced. I would have paid a lot more elsewhere. She helped me with the best epoxy to use and was honest with about which sterling silver findings were the best for the jewelry I was making. Her advice has been a big help with the jewelry I’ve made. She’s great at helping her customers with design and construction ideas for their projects. Plus she offers classes! You can also find beautiful well made finished pieces of jewelry, ceramics, glass and gift items too!"

"We have been visiting Jumping Mouse every time we are in Blue Ridge for years. Typically around Thanksgiving (my birthday). My husband found this shop with my daughter when she was 5 to secretly make me a gift and it has been a birthday tradition and she is a teen. The times we couldn't make it the owner, Kathy has made beautiful necklaces and bracelets for me and shipped to my home so my daughter could give to me as a gift. Our past visit 2021. Jumping Mouse was "Jumping" as we only made a day trip verses a long weekend. We did not make a necklace or a bracelet this time. I had brought some bracelets that had broken that did not come from Kathy's store and she so graciously reworked them into stunning pieces. I wished I had taken before pictures so you could see her talented magic. As far as Jumping Beads Store ? I have never seen more unique beads or a stay owner so polite who goes the extra mile for her clients."
