"A lot of money was spent on marriage counseling for a long time with Dr Rosof. Two sessions with a different doctor and they were able to recognize a severe character disorder in my relationship - and in doing so they literally saved my life. I wish I could get back the tens of thousands I spent. I don’t have fond memories. If you’re in a toxic relationship - she is not a suitable therapist. What I really wish she said after 3 months is “this marriage can’t be saved”. But why would you do that if you keep collecting a weekly fee? When I write my memories I’m naming this section “The Definition of Insanity.”"
