"Our dog Lady had obedient classes with Logan. He was wonderful and had a very positive relationship with our Lady. We frequently shop at the Irondequoit store and the people there are very helpful and educated on the products and services you sell. We also got Lady's vaccinations and chip at Irondequoit store. We were taken care of very well."

"I am writing this review, because I am at this location every two days to buy fresh pet for my dog. Recently I purchased a Loaf. Come to find out my dog became very sick. I called Petco in Irondequoit. They were very sorry to hear the news, and advised me that they got a shipment in that was expired. Brandon, the manager was very polite and responsive to my concern, and offered me a free loaf. I was unable to receive it due to the busyness of the store so he told me to come back and he will handle it for me. When I called to verify this Tim the working Manager was extremely rude and couldn’t handle this for me. Management like this makes it very difficult for me to return. With that being said because of brandon, helping me out on that day he was there he completed the task he promised me. Because of you, brandon, I will be returning every two days!! Thank you so much for holding up your promise! That’s real management for you!!"

"Very helpful we should support them they are trying hard. All tanks are clean and in order. Great bathroom too I'm going to buy a monster tank for plants and a tiny pool and maybe a few tiny frogs or something I'm not into caging animals so I'm hesitant on creatures. Plants are great. They know their business. So support this business."
