"I brought my wedding ring in to be resized. When I picked it up they told me they had to replace the stone because they broke it during the resizing process. They picked out the new stone and rebuilt the head of the ring to fit the new stone., without my knowledge or permission. The original stone was hand picked by now deceased my husband. They are a dishonest family business. Do not bring your jewelry in for "repair" because you don't know what you will get back. Dealing with grief doesn't always allow us to make clear and accurate decisions. I was approached, in store, and was told that you could resize the ring with no issues, I would not have put my wedding ring at risk. I put my confidence in Lamon Jewelers and you failed. I personally dealt with Adrienne through this horrible ordeal yet she said nothing in court, makes me wonder why. The untruths Andy Lamon told in court was beneath his character and the unruly behavior of Howard Lamon is a disgrace to the family and business."
