"They have some great deals here but the staff is a little rude. Every other store we went into we were immediately greeted and helped. The last standing at the front of the store just stared at me. My husband had to ask if there were any deals and when he asked about a certain deal, the only answer we could get was "no. I don't think so." ... so we helped ourselves. When we got to checkout that last was very sweet and told me about a $10 add on with the Fannie pack I bought. So that was nice. But if you're having a bad day, be careful about going in here. I hoping it was just a one off situation because 4 years ago when we came in here, we didn't even have to carry our own stuff! (Obviously I don't think that's the normalcy, but just for comparison)"

"RUDE and unhelpful Sales people. You don't know who the Sales people are and then when you find one, they act like you are bothering them when you ask a question. Sales people are standing around talking to their boyfriends or each other. Nothing at Michael Kors is worth buying if it's a burden for the Sales people to help you. Therefore, give Coach your money. They are helpful, pleasant and appreciative."
