"I walked in while visiting Pigeon Forge after a comedy show just down the strip. I was immediately drawn to this flag design. I asked the owners if they also framed. They showed me several options and we worked out a deal to frame the picture. They could not have been more helpful through this process. They then met me with the picture in London, KY, on my terms, just off the interstate to deliver it because they did not want to ship with glass. I love it!! Thank you so much!"

"My girl friend and I came to the shopping area while visiting Anakeesta. We walked into the shop looking for a way to get to the second floor (same building with more stores on the second and third floors) and we’re immediately screamed at by the woman with the speech impediment, told we were “stupid for coming into the shop and that we should use our eyes and take the stairs outside.” Upon asking what the problem was and explaining that we were visiting the area and didn’t know about the outside stair case she proceeded to hurl more profanities at us as well as physically assault both of us. She punched me in the back while trying to walk out and grabbed my girl friend by the wrist to prevent us from leaving. The woman’s father then proceeded to follow after us and harass us upstairs in the next shop. The police were notified and a report was made. After speaking to the other stores around, they ALL mentioned these people as a huge problem in the area. This is not a one off thing, it seems to be a regular experience for the neighboring store employees and customers. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
