"We went into the store in 2020 to pick out my engagement ring, what I chose was supposedly written on the back of a business card. My fiancé was told if he brought the card in, they would know what ring was chosen. That was not the case…. I now have an engagement ring I DID NOT chose. In my opinion the worst part, Greg has been anything but understanding and the store has taken NO responsibility in this major mistake. Greg had the nerve to tell me “the real issue is your fiancé walking out with the wrong ring”. The mistake was trusting this jeweler. They are only willing to “buy” my ring back if I get the original ring through them, at a higher price than any quote received on that type of ring from other local jewelers."

"Haven't had a chance to inspect the quality of work but I already regret shopping here. Placed a custom order with Shelly - she was amazing! Personable, friendly, easy to work with, went out of her way to accommodate my needs. However, at pickup Shelly was not available and I was stuck dealing with the owner who could not help but spew his political beliefs all over me. I was like a deer in headlights - I came to pick up my custom order and suddenly I was subjected to what he thinks is right and wrong with America today. I could not have opposed his beliefs more but he just kept on sharing them without invite. Eventually another worker interrupted and I used the opportunity to scamper out with my purchase. It was appalling. Why do I have to bear audience to your voting preferences just to buy diamonds?? I certainly will not be shopping here again. PS - For what it's worth, Mr Owner, I disagree with you heavily and think you're kind of awful for everything you said. Just because I'm at your register doesn't mean I'm captive audience to your soapbox stand. You should have referred me to a more professional associate if that's how you behave. Disgusting!"
