"Been using their services for about 5 years, greeted immediately each time. I think their clients are expanding so their repairs services are taking about 2-3 weeks, however I asked for a certain date before hand and they delivered. They also fixed a chain necklace that had shattered and I’m pretty sure it took them more hours than they quoted but they stuck to their original quote and even cleaned it up. I do want to mention hubby went in to buy a gift without me and the sales lady suggested going up a size on a Pandora bracelet, my husband said no she has very small wrist and well he got the bigger one and I had to take it back it was falling off my hand when I dropped it to my side.
