"Took my son's riding boots to fix the rubber sole that had come away from the boot. Said the other one was going to do the same. Ok, do both. Figured he just had to glue them back together. Good boots, good thick rubber. I don't know if he glued them or not but he did sew them (which will wear out cause it's on the bottom of the boots) and he did nail them with regular nails (which went into his feet when he put the boots on). Did not clean them at all, every other place I've ever gone to has always cleaned and shined before returning to the customer. What you see is the polish and shine I gave them. This guy has no idea what he's doing. They do not take checks or credit/debit cards and he wanted 30.00 cash, which I had to leave and come back the next day with cash. Very unhappy very disapointed, and will NEVER recomend or come back again. NO STAR!"
