"I came to Foothills Mall with my granddaughter!! My purpose was to purchase a pair of shoes! I walked around the mall and then walked up to Journey's at 10:59! The 2 employees were talking and didn't open the gate until 11:10! Maddie if this is her name was the rudest person I have dealt with! I wasn't important to her and she said I had the attitude!! She's very rude and I would go miles out of my way now to go to a Journey's store!! Her explanation was this is her store, they have a grace period and they can open when they want!!! What a sad rude person to be dealing with the public!!!"

"I've taken my kid in 4 or 5 times for Vans or Converse over the past few years and every single time the staff are amazing. Journeys in Maryville is the one store my daughter always leaves happy from, even if she doesn't get anything. The young people working there always strike up conversations and make her feel welcome. After our trip there this week she told me she wants to work there when she's old enough. Kudos to the person that does the hiring because you always seem to nail it."

"I was never really a shoe person until I had visited Journeys. I used to have just 2 pairs of shoes I would wear with every outfit even if it didn’t match, but after going in there for the first time, I just can’t help myself from buying shoes anytime I visit. The staff is so welcoming and great to have a conversation with. If they don’t have the specific shoe you want then they can show you shoes that are similar to them or they can order them! I’ll definitely be buying more shoes from them and I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants good quality shoes!"
