Gili's Cove Cottage

"The house is furnished well and the setting is to die for. If you are looking for a hidden gem - well this is it. This is our 2nd Thanksgiving here and we are just as happy with our second visit as we were with the first. The house itself is well maintained and the creek flowing beside can relax any one in any mood. A little slice of heaven!! Thanks Linda & George!!"

"The Mountains are my happy place! Hard to believe this is our 7th year at Gili's Cove. As return guests and being a native of Hayesville myself, I am happiest when I am here in the mountains. Linda and Jorge are excellent hosts and provide all that guests could possibly need for a relaxing stay in the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped, so all you need is the food. We love everything about Gili's Cove, but some of the favorite things are the creek, peaceful surroundings, and that new trail along the creek. We were excited to see that the trail had been extended and an additional trail added around a hidden pond. We love it! We missed "Harry the Herron" at the creek but hope to meet him next year. I did spot a Broad Winged Hawk, which was pretty awesome! So, if you're looking for a great place to get away and relax, look no farther! We love Linda and Jorge and thank them for sharing this little piece of heaven, tucked away in the mountains."

"We spent a delightful, cozy week here beside the creek in March. We were looking for a quiet and restful spot and couldn't have done better. The location is secluded without being remote. We love to cook and the house had been thoughtfully equipped and had every single thing we needed. The hosts were super friendly. They met us on arrival and checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Every morning it was a treat to see and hear the creek flowing right outside our windows."

"This is the best rental we have ever stayed at. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could think of (and more)that we would need. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The screened in porch was a favorite where we spent a lot of time when we weren’t out by the beautiful creek or pond. Linda is the best hostess. She made the entire booking process from start to finish a breeze. She was always quick to answer any questions and she even had fresh flowers, fresh fruit and some other goodies waiting for us. We can’t wait to go back!!"

"My sister, mom, and I are always looking for great places to get away for relaxation. This was one of the top places that we have ever stayed at. The place was extremely beautiful and we were provided with everything that made our stay comfortable and perfect. From fresh flowers to fresh fruit. We saw Linda a few times during our stay and she was very friendly. She told us about some great places to stop by in town when we did go visit there. The house was so clean and the surroundings were peaceful. We spent a lot of time by the creek and in the screened in porch room. The beds were comfortable and we will absolutely stay here again.
