"My point of comparison to Rochester venues is limited, but my point of reference as a wedding business owner in NYC is that the jackrabbit was a surprising downer. I was excited to attend a wedding here and found the space itself to be contemporary and modern. Though a smidge on the smaller side, it’s great for intimate weddings. There were food options to choose from, of which my friends opted in for halal. The dish presented was lentils smothered in uncooked turmeric. It was the Caucasian rendition of what a halal dish should be and the smell/taste was disturbing. Uncooked turmeric seasoning also cause’s gastrointestinal issues, so there’s that. My husband and I opted in for proteins and the general food was great, but the chicken was dry enough to choke on. I left unsatisfied at the end of the night. All to say, the bar itself is phenomenal. Ample drink options with creative recipes. Overall, I’m sure for the area itself, I can understand why this venue is rated well. In the overall affair of venues however, it’s a hard no for me for the food alone."

"We had our rehearsal dinner at Jackrabbit Club for our October 2023 wedding and were blown away with the space and service! Joelle and her team were so helpful during the entire planning process and made sure we had everything we needed to set up our decor day of. Food was excellent, drinks were incredible and the ambiance for the night was exactly as we had envisioned. Truly one of our favorite parts of the weekend and can't wait to go back for a friend's wedding next year "

"Went here for a wedding recently and loved the space! Open, roomy, funky old renovated warehouse. Good size dance floor and bar at far end. Fancy, but not overdone. Not a huge space, but it wasn't congested. I'm guessing it seats about 80. The food was really great too!"

"I got married at Jackrabbit Club on 11/4/23 and cannot say enough good things about this venue. The food and drinks, the service, the planning, the staff, and the atmosphere were all impeccable. It is two weeks later and my guests are still reaching out to me raving about the food! This venue is stunning on its own and the character of the space speaks for itself. Joelle and Rebecca are so incredibly helpful and were ready with an answer for every question I had along the way. They worked seamlessly with all of our other vendors, which made planning SO much smoother. It is extremely evident how much everyone there cares about the experience of the guests and I will forever be thankful to them for making my wedding such an amazing day!"

Joelle and her whole team of servers, bartenders and event staff at the JRC are real professionals. Our wedding went off without a hitch — I simply got to show up to the venue to walk down the aisle, and everything was completely set up to perfection. Thank you for making our day truly lovely.
