"We stayed for a mototcross banquet in Mount Morris. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.the pool and hot tub were relaxing and the perfect temperature and clean compared to many hotel pools. Will gladly recommend and stay again."

"I spent three nights here. Wind storm came on second night and power went out. No one came around to check on anyone. Dark at 7:30. Was told by one desk receptionist they had a generator. Didn’t know there were flashlights available. Third night no elevators .. no cable. I know it was a storm but had to pay regular prices.No discounts for lack of amenities. There was no generator . Won’t stay here again. Paid almost 500$ for all this."

"The hotel was okay, complementary breakfast from 6-10 was nice and enough but what really did not work was the room cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and no room cleaning was done. We had take out dinner and the garbage piled up and started to smell. This is among the priciest hotels in the area but really not worth it."

"Unfortunately the room needed some updates. Not sure anyone had stayed in the suite for awhile as I killed about 6 flies in the room. The pull out couch mattress was so flat my son felt every metal bar and couldn’t sleep all night. The pool and hot tub were nice."

"Where to start! The hotel room was ok, the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock (which if you have young kids you can understand where that would be a big inconvenience!) and the light/fan didn’t work at all. The bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean it before we could even use it! There was brown stick stuff all over the door frame that I’m hoping was just coffee. We stayed Labor Day weekend and when we checked out we told the front desk about our experience, the lady was very nice and said we would get a call back from the manager. Two weeks go by and still nothing, I contact the location and another girl claiming to be the manager answered the phone-she was extremely rude and was speaking over me, had a very condescending demeanor right from the start. Totally dismissed me and acted as if I was being unreasonable when THEY dropped the ball. For someone in hospitality, she should probably find a new job! I would give zero stars for service if I could. This was a special treat that my husband and I did for our two-year-old daughter and I’m very disappointed in our experience and the way we were treated. We will never stay at this location again, ever!"
