"Brought my dog in for grooming, asked them to trim around his feet and ears. They said it’d be extra, I said ok. They did not trim anything and there is still matting in his fur. For the cost I wouldn’t recommend."

"Bad bad bad. They didn't even groom my toy poodle's face. I was told she wouldn't stand still. That's the part that needed grooming the most, she can hardly see. These people don't know what they are doing. And they aren't cheap either. Oh and they cut her leg too."
