"My reason for leaving a two-star review lies in the service rendered. I frequented this location for both my Syrian Hamster and my two guinea pigs.. I won't be returning. Store clerk Melissa 2/01/24 at 9:34AM was not only on her phone passive dismissive attitude - was less than kind and has zero communication skills. It's such a shame to see."

"I went to get my dog neutered when the vet was there. The woman checking us in told me that I'd need certain vaccines before getting it done I said ok then she told me that my collar was too tight & I should get a harness the collar I had on him was to help control him from pulling my dog is a chewer & likes to chew harnesses so I can't have that kind. I got the vaccines. The other woman said he was all set I said you didn't neuter him she said they don't do that. Don't put on your website that you neuter/spay dogs if you don't. Not a happy customer will not go back."

"Fun place to visit if you need to kill some time and check out some of the interesting and cute animals. From the fish to the Boa Constrictor, to the hamsters and ferrets and parrots (OH My!) the store is clean and the animals look well taken care of. Pricing looks about average with supplies for most common pets readily available. Go pick up a new friend today! But remember, having a pet is a responsibility and not something to just impulsively buy. If you have any questions, the staff is pleasant to talk to. So ask those questions before deciding if you really want one."
