"ONLINE ORDER PICKUP: I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I parked in one of their designated parking spaces for curbside pickup. Because I don’t use the PetSmart app, I had to call the store’s number to ask for the order to be brought out. The person who answered said it would be a few minutes before they could bring the order out, but asked me to pull up to the curb in front of the store because it was wet out. I relocated to the curb just to the left of the doors and a minute or so later she brought out the order. Overall, a smooth transaction without much fuss. It was handy being able to pick up the order curbside. If I have my pet or kids with me, it would have been a longer in-store visit as entering the store with them makes it a longer shopping experience."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve taken my shih tzu here numerous times and always end up with a new issue. Today’s issue was when my dog was finished with his grooming, both paws were bloodied. Literally dripping, looked like a horror scene. Called to see if there was anything reported or to hear what happened and got a very nonchalant and upsetting response."

"Lucky to have gotten two great healthy gerbil boys from PetSmart. The employees were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had. Helpful with finding everything I needed to make sure they had a nice place to live in. They carry a wide variety of anything you need for any pet you have. Good deals too on food, decor, toys, etc. If you’re getting a new pet that you haven’t had before, the employees will help you to make sure you have what you need to keep your pet healthy and happy. They also have the different pets ranked on how experienced the owner should be to help you make your decision on what you may want and how easy or difficult it may be."
