"I left disturbed and unhappy. I went looking for a pet because I am not home enough to have a dog or kitty. I wanted a rat because they are intelligent and want to be with you, like a dog. I looked at the hamsters and other small pets. I asked the bald man with glasses, " I see you have hamsters and fish but do you have any pet rats?" . He said "nnnnno." I asked "do you ever?". He said , " no. But we have frozen ones and they're just as GOOD!". He smirked a little. I still bought the $50 dog food for my daughter. But I will never go there again. Also, no thanks to the short, lady manager who I looked at with tears in my eyes. Im pretty disgusted. Glad I didnt have small kids with me."

"Easy enough to park, but that's the only positive point. The dog food is obscenely overpriced as are the dog treats. Not by a dollar or two, almost double what the grocery store or chewy charges. Understaffed, slow checkout just added insult to injury."

"Excellent customer service all the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, my daughter adopted 2 beautiful Guinea pigs and the sales associate Eva helped us out she was very knowledgeable and had a genuine passion for the animals it was very refreshing to see someone who cared about there job and actually wanted to help the customer. Pet supplies plus if you are reading this review you need to give her a promotion or a pay raise she is a true asset to your business and you should do what you have to to keep her around."
