"Let me start by saying I hope this gets to the business owner. As a business owner and a customer of yours for over 20 years I am absolutely mesmerized by the level of incompetence for your current “manager” also I will just add that having watched your business go from the number one place to get neon signs to a heart breaking slump of shadow of what you once were , that must be terribly disappointing for you as well as your customers. I would also like to point out that during this transaction I have come to realize that you literally only have one young woman in the office who actually cares about you , your business and your customers and that is also terribly sad as both you and her have helped me in the past and gave impeccable customer care. I understand now that the thought of any actual good customer interactions no longer exist. Having to move your establishment into the shell of a barn has to be heartbreaking for you too and I’m sorry to see the downfall. Two months ago I dropped off two signs to get fixed and was told it would be two weeks. Two weeks lasted I called and my signs had been misplaced in a move. Weeks later a boy called and said he had found the signs and would have them done in a week. Never hearing back I called again and signs still hadn’t been fixed and I was quoted way more now to get them fixed then initially. Mind you your “manager” says the owner is charging you more because we have moved. So your putting the cost of your move off on your customers now? That’s interesting. Keep in mind during the past two months that you held my signs my business went through Christmas season with no signage. Yet still I was patient. During this time my Grandmother went into hospice and my family is sitting with her in her final hours. I explained this to your “manager” who finally after two months called me back and had the signs fixed. I asked if I could just pay to have them delivered and she told me NO that I had to drive from my family in hospice to pick them up personally.. the only thing I can say is karma will fix that one and God sees what her and your company have done to me my family and my business. She explained the pricing was going to be significantly more ! Looking at your website I realized she was actually charging me more then the lights are for sale brand new once again mind blown. You could have made a huge sale had that been explained two months ago as we just opened a third locationbut due to her incompetence and just plain distaste I will NEVER do business with your company ever again. I will make sure that any and everyone I talk to goes to a different source for their signs from now on. When I finally arrived after hours on the road the rude incompetent manager then explained the only take cash so I had to run around and get them cash too yet another uncomfortable situation. Boy you really showed that customer! Sucks you have Covid I hate to hear it but I hate even more so to see what actually once was a great business and you were actually a business owner that I looked up to both being driven straight into the ground…. If you have read this do yourself a favor avoid being treated like absolute garbage avoid spending your hard earned money avoid being a loyal customer and please for the love of God go get your neon signs somewhere else. The owner obviously doesn’t care anymore and it must have rubbed off on his staff because neither do the employees accept one and that’s a shame. The entire town of Mt Airy should be as disappointed in you as I am and we will be talking to the chamber of commerce next. You should be ashamed !"
