"Bug issue that’s out of control! Please be aware that there’s a big infestation in A LOT of these apartments. Been an issue for an over a year and the property manager isn’t much help. Threatened me after I brought to her attention that the issue is getting worse. Affordable but not worth it"

"Bug infestation!!!! Please be aware that there’s an issue with bugs here. Specifically “silver fish” and they’re everywhere! Literally comes out of the walls and counters..Been a resident since these apartments opened and this issue started about a year and a half ago. Everything is fine for the most part. There’s also not many amenities."

"What can I say.....the 2 ladies in the office are awesome! They are very attentive and informative. They made sure my move in was a breeze. Again there is only 2 women working hard as they can to accommodate applicants and the already residing residents, so they are not gonna be at everyone’s beck and call. But they try their best to provide great, friendly customer service."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff is very rude and I’ve waited 3 weeks for an application to come back and still no answer but didn’t hesitate to take my money. Weeks had passed and she never even sent the papers out"
