"I don’t know the gentleman’s name but I had placed a store pick up this morning thinking they would be open until 10pm as the website says however when we arrived at a little after 7pm, they had the gate pulled but there was a gentleman in the store. My husband went to the door to see if there was a sign and the gentleman came to the door and said his manager and assistant manager both had walked out and he had been there since 8 this morning so the head person he called said he could close early. We asked if they would be open tomorrow because I had a pick up order and that gentleman went and got my order and brought it out to me and was still super nice, as tired as we could tell he was. That employee didn’t have to do that and could have told me to coke back tomorrow. I wish I would have gotten his name but that is a fantastic employee you have there and he should get a raise."

The advisors are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful regardless of your prior video game knowledge. They also remain flexible in assisting you any way they can. Id recommend this specific store to anyone within a reasonable driving distance and challange you that this is the most welcoming and friendly store in its district."
